We were given a double room with a nice view upon arrival. The location of the property was magnificent, even on match day in Euro 2016 at nearby Lille stadium.

The staff - some of them were poor.

I loved the "tartine" bar with its fresh breads, spreads, and hot food section, as well as the great value for money. The hotel is ideally located for anyone visiting the area.

Oh, how I wish there was an iron and ironing board, body lotion, and conditioner in the room. I guess these items are simply too fancy for a 2-star hotel.
